The last year and a half has been the most difficult times for anybody to survive. Crushing inflation and now raising mortgage rates and rent is destroying the American way. I've never seen anything like this

I wish these wouldn’t always wrap up with a “happy ending”. It really fails to underscore how many of us millennial and gen z would be first time homebuyers, like myself, keep falling short of the mark to “make it” and how we are being squeezed to death between rising interest rates, rising rent costs, crushing amounts of student debt, and inflation. I am losing faith on a daily basis about my ability to ever actually achieve the American dream.

Just to put things in perspective, generation prior and after yours had and will continue to face these similar life challenges. Most older people, parent, grandparent do not go from working Joe to a better place over night. The key is actually listen and learn from their experience to better prepare yourself with the right mindset and tooling to combat those obstacles. I know when we were younger, most of us always think we know everything and think that was than and this is now. And yet, those who just follow the herds blindly usually end up following behind. Time, culture, and fashion change, but human nature, law of nature, and real world experience do not.

Uh housing is still unaffordable. Prices need to come down massively. I wouldn't call the Fed being aggressive. They need to raise the FFR to the inflation level

Biden and company are celebrating a wonderful economy.

Thank your elected democrats and Joe Biden. The trillions dems have spent since Biden hit office has been just such a great booster to the economy. Love how the dems are looking out for their American constituents! Almost 10 trillion spent in 2 years. 1/3 of the entire U.S debt.
^ most of that was sarcasm. I’m sure a large amount of dems would rather deal with trumps tweets now vs becoming poor and homeless.

@Nancy Howard If trump would of did his job when he was in office this would not be happing now, why do you think what is going on is the fault of the current president, If the past president would of took action when his subjects warned him about covid ahead of time instead of not doing anything this would not be going on now, As always it takes a democrat to fix what a republican has messed up and if you don't think its true look at the history of the past republican presidents and the history of the past democrat president's.

Here maybe a better way to put it, minimizing the political. There are and will never be a free lunch, minus those of us who are fortunate enough with good parents, no matter what race you are born into. With that being say, stop listen to just one side of the isle, stop being gaslighted, and stop being a sheep. We are all human and we all have the same faults ;( Think, do, and vote think with your brain, not just your heart. What make you feel good in the short terms rarely works out for the long term. Not my rule, is life.

The housing market needs to crash already. Homes are overvalued by 50% across the country. Sucks rents are up too right now. Given the shitastic state of the economy, well let's just say INclips isn't running out of homeless videos 😥
