That guard rail snapped with the bridge. So scary, sad. May God be with you all.

I live in China. Everything is miserable here, but no one dares to complain.
Seriously if there is next life, I wish to be born in any other country, except China.

Puerto Rico is one of the worst places in the entire world for tropical cyclones! PR lies smack dab in the middle of the Atlantic hurricane belt. The danger from hurricanes that PR is extremely prone to is a danger which is very well known. The danger from hurricanes on PR has been known about since the first Spanish settlers came to PR over 400 years ago! It’s almost an absolute certainty that on PR you’re going to see hurricane conditions every few years on an island in the very heart of the Atlantic hurricane belt. So absolutely no one on PR can say that the danger posed by hurricanes isn’t very well known about.
I just don’t understand how a category 1 hurricane causes this much damage and destruction on one of the most hurricane prone islands in the entire world. PR should have much stronger infrastructure and human habitation that is much more resistant to these storms than this. For example, the flooding danger from tropical cyclones from torrential rainfall is a well known danger to the people in every place around the world prone to tropical cyclones, as well as the threat of storm surge flooding from the ocean. Why are all these people in PR living in obvious floodplains when the danger of extreme flooding from hurricanes has been known about on PR for over 400 years? There’s really absolutely no excuse whatsoever for a category one storm to do this much damage on one of the most hurricane prone islands in the entire world. This is just absolutely ridiculous and absurd, and is obviously due to an incredibly corrupt and incompetent government in PR!

Honestly, here is what she said: “Funds from “Maria,” is expected to be release early next year.”SERIOUSLY? Let me make it clear: Funds given 5 years ago, has not been distributed as in today. Pathetic!

But when you hear such things you like a cute puppy sitting there wagging your tail. 😍’Really the sea rise and fall these times really…’ already way ahead of you, but get your poo shovel handy. Idk maybe they really need for it to be said by everyone. It’s just being loving. But so it’s so dangerous because of some truths. Some can estimate how long it really has ever felt. Yes well it’s still defeating you.

Is there no one who sees the hole in the market? Infrastructure profits, consumer profits, hospitality profits. There are untapped billions in Puerto Rico.
